CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Every customer has the right to return their item to our return address within 60 days.

Note: Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene, underwear, in accordance with art. 6:230p BW, cannot be returned if the seal of the packaging has been broken. We only accept returns if the item is unused and sent back in its original packaging.

Once you have used or washed the product, unfortunately, your right to return it expires.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY MONEY ?

As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will process it within 2 working days. If the return shipment is accepted, you will receive the money in your account no later than 5 working days.

IS THE RETURN SHIPPING FREE ?

Unfortunately, the return costs are at your own expense. This includes the costs for returning the goods to our return address, as well as any taxes and customs duties associated with it.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I RETURN ?

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt.

I WANT TO RETURN, WHAT NOW ?

To return an item, first send an email to contact@mycorca.com to inform us of your return request. After you have submitted your request, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item back to our return center in the country of origin at your own expense. Send us an email and we will process your return request within 1-2 business days !

Refunds are only granted after successful receipt and inspection of the returned goods by our warehouse.
